Background

A Utah native, Melissa has worked at the University of Utah in various scientific and administrative capacities since 1999. Her first introduction to "SCI Utah" was from Chris Johnson during her time as an ACCESS Scholar in 1997. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry in 2000, with emphasis in physics and mathematics.

Research Interests

Melissa's interests include reading, photography, kitchen chemistry, and general pondering about life, the universe, and everything.
