Background
I earned my doctoral degree in Chemistry at the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw, Poland in 2023 under the supervision of Dr. Svyatoslav Kondrat. My dissertation concerned computer simulations of diffusion and chemical reactions in macromolecularly crowded environments akin to biological cells. I received my Master of Science degree in Chemistry from the Jagiellonian University, Cracow, Poland.
Current Responsibilities
I am working on the implementation of Brownian dynamics simulations of networks with dynamically-changing bond topology for studying protein conformational changes.
Research Interests
- Brownian dynamics
- Macromolecular crowding
- Diffusion in crowded systems
- Physical chemistry of cytoplasm
